Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, including sale and promotional items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How to request a return: Send an email to balearimallorca@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Size exchanges:
If you need a different size, return the original item following our return process and place a new order with the correct size. Shipping costs for the new order are the customer's responsibility.
